I basically made a website in the free version, but later desired to upgrade my business with a custom domain. OK so i had to upgrade my plan. Instead I decided to self host wordpress.org. Then There was a lot that i needed to do, couldn’t do it myself… So I come back to wordpress.com. I go to upgrade my plan. I get my domain name linked up. I check out my website… Gone, its not the same website i built. I look around, the website i built can’t be found. I go into themes to restart, begin working on a theme, save and leave. Then I come back, that one is gone, still stuck with some basic beginner page. Scream into the void about how nothing works the way i would have expected…
